The 2024 SRNA Annual Quality of Life Family Camp is at Morgan’s Wonderland Camp (MWC), June 30 to July 4, 2023, in San Antonio, TX. With beautiful accommodations and room to roam, MWC also provides Ultra-Accessible™ activities and unique opportunities for our campers to enjoy. This is a time we've set aside for children with rare neuroimmune disorders and their families to gather together with others who share similar experiences.

1. Who is eligible for the SRNA Quality of Life Family Camp?
Families with children diagnosed with ADEM, AFM, MOGAD, NMOSD, TM, and ON who are 0 to 20 years old are eligible to apply to SRNA’s family camp. Camp is open to families around the world.
We recommend visiting the U.S. State Department website if you plan to travel from outside of the U.S. (this includes those who may travel from Canada).
Up to two adults and the camper’s siblings living in the same household as the camper may participate in camp. If you have circumstances that may deviate from this, please get in touch with SRNA. No attendees will be allowed without a complete application and requisite background, medical, and safety information.
All applicants must be members of SRNA. Membership is free. If you are not a member, please complete the membership form before completing a camp application. Membership is considered by family. While all individuals are welcome to be members, we only require one parent or guardian and/or the diagnosed child/teen to be listed for membership.

2. What is the cost of attending SRNA Quality of Life Camp?
There is no cost for families to attend camp other than your personal costs to travel to and from the camp facility, including lodging and meal expenses you may incur during your travels.
SRNA provides lodging and all meals on-site and in partnership with Morgan’s Wonderland Camp during the event dates.
3. What is the educational program at camp?
Medical professionals and specialists from our community will attend camp to interact in our Q&A sessions. The Q&A sessions are for the parents/guardians and children, teens, or young adults who attend camp and are interested in connecting with the experts in rare
neuroimmune disorders. Closed sessions for just campers (those with a diagnosis) and separate sessions for their siblings may also be available.
All medical and professional volunteers attending SRNA Family Camp have been invited by SRNA to join as volunteers and to participate in our program. The medical and professional volunteers may share their experiences and make recommendations but will not be able to provide specific medical advice.

SRNA COVID-19 & Communicable Disease Safety Protocols:
As of May 2023, SRNA’s Board of Directors has determined that mandatory, up-to-date COVID vaccination for all SRNA Family Camp attendees will not be required for attendance. However, SRNA strongly encourages that all who are eligible to receive the latest COVID-19 vaccinations do so and stay up-to-date on their boosters.
COVID-19 still represents a real and significant risk to our community, as does any communicable disease that may be circulating in our families and communities.
Appropriate COVID-19 safety protocols may be implemented by SRNA for all attendees at our SRNA Annual Quality of Life Family Camp, June 30 - July 4, 2024, to be held at Morgan’s Wonderland Camp (MWC) in San Antonio, TX.
Compliance with COVID-19 safety measures for all camp participants will be mandatory. SRNA monitors current public health guidelines and seeks input from our medical and scientific council, and we may update safety measures accordingly. SRNA reserves the right to request camp attendees adhere to these measures. All confirmed camp attendees will be notified of updates or changes. Additional detailed guidance will be provided leading up to and during our camp session.
COVID-19 TESTING
We strongly recommend all confirmed camp attendees self-test prior to beginning travel to camp. If a test indicates a positive result, please do not begin your travels and contact SRNA immediately. SRNA may choose to conduct testing on-site and before being allowed to move into lodging upon arrival at MWC. If a test is positive, you will be asked to mask, isolate and not be allowed to stay on camp. Those traveling with you will also be asked to mask. Isolation and masking after a positive test or exposure will be required regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
All camp attendees may also be required to complete COVID-19 testing throughout our time at camp. Testing may be required daily, or intermittently throughout camp, and verification by an assigned camp coordinator of a negative test may be required for participation in the daily camp activities. These tests will be provided by SRNA to camper families and SRNA employees and volunteers should SRNA require testing. Additional information regarding testing will be shared with attendees when we are at camp.
FACE MASKS & PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Face masks that cover both the nose and mouth, and physical distancing will be required if a COVID-19 test is positive or there has been confirmed exposure, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, and until the individual(s) are no longer on MWC’s campus. They are also highly recommended when gathering in groups during both indoor activities where physical distancing is not possible.
